The original of this painting was on a 3” x 6” tile, hence the name! That hummingbird was only one inch long! I was testing out some new ink and was just going to wash it off the tile with alcohol and as I dripped the alcohol on the tile, this beautiful combination of colors appeared….and then the hummingbird appeared! haha! Part of the magic of alcohol ink.
